Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase, but if for any reason you don’t or if you’ve simply changed your mind, just follow the steps below. We’ll be happy to make it right.
Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below and remember, you can always email us at info@indiverve.com. with any additional order or product-related questions or issues! We’re happy to help!
  • All returns must be received within 20 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of package receipt. Please allow additional time for your credit card company to process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
  • Shipping on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you).In the case you do receive a damaged product or the wrong product please email us at info@indiverve.com and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. 
->  If we check an item in our warehouse for damage or defects and see nothing wrong with it, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. 
Note:Tags that have been cut off or pinned on in any way will not be accepted.
->  If an item bought during a Shipping Special is returned for an Online Store Credit, the full merchandise amount will be given as Online Store Credit. If an item bought during a Shipping Special (e.g. free shipping above $125 etc.) is returned for credit card funds, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for that item. (That means $10 for shipments to Canada and to the USA). This helps keep our shipping prices low for all our customers. 
    • Due to our limited stock, we currently do NOT offer exchanges. But we can always issue a store credit or a refund.
    • Items NOT available for return are: Sale Items, Earrings (due to sanitary reasons), Gift Cards, Vouchers, or Free Sample Items.
    • The following items are non-refundable:
    ->  Returns received after 20 days of the original order shipment date
    ->  Returns received in damaged or worn condition
    ->  Sale items are a 'Final' sale: NO EXCEPTIONS. If an item is marked "Final Sale" it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or  a refund will NOT be issued for any returned "Final Sale" items.
    -> Items purchased by redeeming a gift voucher (e.g. $20 for $50 voucher) are 'Final' Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will NOT be issued for any returned items which were purchased using a gift voucher.
    ->  Free gifts

      *Please note: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective item please notify us at info@indiverve.com within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item only if it is available in-stock.



      Exchanges

      International and Domestic Exchanges
      Due to our limited stock we do NOT offer exchanges at this time. But we can always issue a store credit or refund, your choice! Just follow the steps listed under "Returns".
      The store credit or refund can be processed only after the returned item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return.

      PLEASE NOTE:  Indiverve is NOT responsible for the payment of the return shipping. 

       


      Returns

      International and Domestic Returns

       

      To make an international return, first, make sure you’ve read our Returns and Exchanges Policy above. As long as your items are eligible for return, start off by following these easy steps:

      1. Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, and email us the details at info@indiverve.com. We can provide you with a invoice for this order. 

      2. Once you receive the invoice from us, circle the names of the items (the front of your invoice) you are returning.
      3. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed package. 
      4. Send your package back to us via your shipping method of choice. Email info@indiverve.com for our current address. Be sure to note the tracking number on the label so you can keep track of the delivery status. 

      We'll email you as soon as we process your return!
      Please Note: 
      • Indiverve is NOT responsible for the payment of the return shipping. Packages sent COD may be denied or the charges will be applied to your refund / store credit. 
      • Indiverve does NOT assume any additional costs or duties on returns as well. All these costs must be paid by the buyer or the charges will be applied to your refund / store credit.

      Promo Codes and Coupons

      If you are using a promo code for an online sale or using a coupon and you do not enter it at the time of purchase, we are not able to go back after your order has been processed and give you the discount.

      All codes must be entered at the time of purchase. If your promo code does not work properly or you receive an error message, please email us as soon as possible at info@indiverve.com and we will fix the problem.


      Cancellations

      Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it.
