1. Do I need to register before I make a purchase?
 Yes, you need to register with your email address, your full name, and proper shipping address in order to pay and proceed with your order. Otherwise, the system will not allow you to make a purchase. Plus, we need to know where to send your new purchase as well as update you with your shipping information.

2. Will the shopping cart automatically update my shipping costs?
Yes. Our software is integrated with different couriers that we use so that you will automatically get your shipping cost calculated before your order is processed.

3. Where do I locate the sizing information? 
For all sizing information including charts and how to measure, please click here. Keep in mind most of our clothing is made to fit loosely and comfortably.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please keep in mind that customs fees and duties may be charged on certain items. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting the anticipated costs or delays which are associated to international shipping and customs fees upon delivery. 7. How do I change my billing address?
If you need to change or update your billing address, simply sign-in to your account, make any changes, and save. Your new information will automatically be updated.

8. What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. We DO NOT accept cash, cheques, or money orders. We DO NOT accept American Express at this time.

9. Do you have an email newsletter?
Yes, we do! It is full of fun information as well as exclusive promotions for our customers. You will receive it after your very first purchase with us. If you feel you'd be happier without it, please let us know at info@indiverve.com and we will cancel it for you- no questions asked.

10. How can I unsubscribe from Indiverve emails?
Simply send us a short message at info@indiverve.com that you'd like to unsubscribe and we will remove you from our email list.

11. How secure is your website?
Our website is very secure. Orders placed on the Website are encrypted using 128-bit secure sockets layer (SSL) technology, so you can rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser.

12. What does “Final Sale” mean?
If an item is marked "Final Sale" it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned "Final Sale" items.

13. Can I use more than one coupon or gift card on my order?
No. Our online software is only able to process one coupon code or gift card redemption at a time.

14. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, under most circumstances, you cannot cancel your order once it is placed online. The only exception is if you contact us at info@indiverve.com the very day you placed your order before 5pm P.S.T. Please enter the subject as "Order Cancellation" so we know it is a priority email.

15. How do I return my order?

16. What if my item is damaged or defective?
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective item please notify us at info@indiverve.com within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item only if it is available in-stock. If we check an item in our warehouse for damage or defects and see nothing wrong with it, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached. 

17. What if an item I love is no longer in stock?
Most of our items are produced in small quantities and are difficult to replicate. However, we are able to bring back something in a similar design/pattern if there is enough interest. Let us know which your favourite items are, we're always listening!

18. Where is your store located?
Our store www.indiverve.com is 100% online. We operate the store as a small team working out of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. To read more about us and why we started Indiverve, click here.

19. Are the colors shown in the product images accurate?
The colors you see will depend on your monitor and its settings, and therefore may slightly differ from the actual product. Colour descriptions are provided solely as a rough point of reference and may be subjective to each person. If you are in doubt or require further information on the exact colour, please contact as at info@indiverve.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

20. Billing Terms and Conditions
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly, otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours. If you are paying with Paypal, please ensure that your account is "verified" with a confirmed address. To do this, all you need to do is add a credit card to your Paypal account and ensure that we are shipping to the same address as the credit card billing address. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.

We ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS provided at checkout. Please DO NOT have your order shipped to another address. These orders will be cancelled.

For security reasons, we do not accept orders over $250 for buyers without established accounts.

21. What are the sales taxes that will be charged for Canadian orders?
All orders delivered to a Canadian address will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their respective Province.

22. On international orders, who will be paying the customs duty, taxes and other charges?

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
 Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

23. Handling Times and Estimates


Orders usually take 2-3 business days for processing and handling on top of shipping estimates. All orders are shipped via CANADA POST from CANADA. We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Indiverve Retail Company Inc. will NOT charge any Hidden Fees on your order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

NOTE: We do not refund original shipping costs. If an item bought during a Shipping Special is returned for an Online Store Credit, the full merchandise amount will be given as Online Store Credit. If an item bought during a Shipping Special is returned for credit card funds, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for that item. (That means $10 for shipments to Canada and to the USA). This helps keep our shipping prices low for all our customers.
